Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the st777 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or engaging with any game or feature offered by st777, you unconditionally and irrevocably agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with:

• The st777 Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data;
• The st777 Responsible Gaming Policy, which sets out the platform's obligations and your rights in respect of player protection;
• Any specific promotional terms published in connection with individual bonuses, tournaments, or special events on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you are required to immediately cease accessing and using the st777 Platform and to close your Account by contacting our support team.

Eligibility & Age Verification

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that at the time of registration and at all times while your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are accessing the st777 Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You are not a current or former employee, consultant, contractor, director, or officer of st777, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not using the Platform in any professional capacity or on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a person who has previously been permanently self-excluded from the st777 Platform or any other gambling platform operated by the same licensing entity;
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

st777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by st777 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on the st777 Platform, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, Pakistani mobile phone number, date of birth, and a secure password.

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account with st777 at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of all funds held therein, and a permanent ban from the Platform. This policy applies regardless of the device used or the mobile number or payment method registered.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and to keep that information up to date at all times. If st777 discovers that inaccurate information has been provided — particularly in relation to your name, age, or payment method ownership — your account may be suspended pending investigation. Any withdrawals processed on the basis of inaccurate information may be reversed.

4.3 Account Transfers

st777 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, gift, or otherwise assign your account or any funds held in it to any third party. Any such transfer, or any attempt at such a transfer, will render the account subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture.

Account Verification (KYC)

st777 is obligated under its international gaming license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. KYC verification is required to be completed before st777 will process any withdrawal request. The verification process may also be triggered at any time at st777's discretion, including upon account registration, on a periodic review basis, or when unusual transaction patterns are detected.

KYC verification will typically require the submission of:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible scan or photograph of a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport, showing the player's full name, date of birth, and photograph;

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your st777 login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. st777 strongly recommends the following security practices:

Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Accepted Payment Methods

st777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Raast (Pakistan's instant payment system), and 1LINK. 7.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount on st777 is Rs 100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method but are generally set at Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast) and Rs 500 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are applied per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period, and may differ based on your account's KYC verification status and VIP tier.

7.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast are credited to your st777 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take 15–60 minutes to reflect in your account balance. st777 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your bank or mobile wallet provider.

7.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the st777 payments team during operating hours, which are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa / Raast: 5–30 minutes for verified accounts; up to 4 hours during peak periods;
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank / 1LINK: 15 minutes to 4 hours, depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be held until verification is complete. st777 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawal amounts, which may extend the processing time.

7.5 Withdrawal to Same Method

For anti-money laundering compliance purposes, st777 requires that withdrawals be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, to the extent that this is technically feasible. st777 may request additional documentation before approving withdrawals to a payment method not previously used for deposits.

7.6 Currency

All player accounts on st777 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any currency conversion required by the Player's bank or mobile wallet is the sole responsibility of the Player.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers available on the st777 Platform — including but not limited to the Welcome Package, weekly cashback, free spins, accumulator boosts, and tournament prizes — are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are published in connection with each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a st777 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as Real Money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonus wagering requirements at st777 are set at 25× to 35× the bonus amount. The total wagering requirement must be met within the time limit specified for the promotion, after which any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus funds will expire and be removed from the account.

8.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on the st777 Platform contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following general contribution rates apply: slots contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement; live dealer games (including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette) contribute 10–25%; sports betting wagers contribute at rates specified per promotion. 8.4 Bonus Abuse

st777 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse in all its forms, including but not limited to: the systematic exploitation of low-margin games to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising risk; the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; collusion between players to exchange bonus funds; and the use of automated software or betting systems specifically designed to abuse promotion mechanics. st777 reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and close the accounts of any players found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

8.5 st777 Promotional Rights

st777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its modification or withdrawal will be subject to the terms as they applied at the time of opt-in, to the extent that this is reasonably practicable.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the st777 Platform — including slot games, live dealer casino games, Money Wheel, and WM Live products — are operated using software and equipment that has been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The Random Number Generators (RNGs) underlying all non-live casino games are certified to produce statistically random, unbiased, and unpredictable outcomes.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, st777's policy is as follows:

• Game malfunctions void all related bets and pays. If a game round cannot be completed due to a confirmed technical error on the st777 side, the wager will be refunded to the Player's account balance;
• In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game round that has already commenced, the round outcome shall stand as determined by the live dealer, and the result will be recorded in the game history log accessible from the Player's account;
• Published RTP figures for individual slot titles are accurate to the values certified by the game provider's independent auditor. These figures represent long-run theoretical return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.

Players who believe a game has malfunctioned or returned an incorrect result should contact st777 customer support within 72 hours of the relevant game session. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for investigation.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on the st777 Platform — including cricket, football, tennis, basketball, UFC/MMA, and kabaddi markets — is subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform:

• Minimum bet amount on sports markets is Rs 50 per selection, subject to specific market restrictions;
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. st777 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice, particularly around critical match events such as wickets, goals, or video referee reviews;
• PSL and international cricket markets are subject to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments in the event of weather interruptions for completed DLS-adjudicated matches;
• Match abandonment: if a sporting event is abandoned before the minimum required play time for settlement purposes has been reached, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account;
• Palpable errors — including odds that are clearly incorrect due to a data feed or pricing error — will be voided by st777. Players who place bets knowingly on palpably incorrect odds may have their winnings reversed and accounts reviewed for prohibited conduct.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the st777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following, or attempting to do so, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering or operating more than one player account on the st777 Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an st777 account;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game, payment system, or account management feature;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the Platform in any manner;
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or sports betting market;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on the st777 sportsbook;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity using the st777 Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing st777 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

All Players are required to acknowledge that gambling carries inherent risk and that the outcome of any wager or game is subject to chance. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall st777's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, excluding any bonus funds.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which st777's international gaming license has been issued.

Players agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to st777's internal complaints procedure (Section 17), and thereafter to binding arbitration or the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by the licensing authority, prior to the commencement of any legal proceedings.

Amendments to Terms

st777 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or business practices. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via a notice displayed on the Platform or by notification to the Player's registered mobile number, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the st777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the change.
